The Administration Division at Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU) encompasses the overarching aspects of the university’s admission and registration, human resources and institutional development, finances, campus services as well as the functions of information technology.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIT
The Human Resources and Institutional Development Unit was established by Deans Council Resolution No. (02/15/2021-2022) dated 09/09/2021, after restructuring the Human Resources and Administrative Development Unit, the Accreditation Department and the Library Department, to include the following departments :

The Marketing and Communications Department at Al Ahliyya Amman University is the heartbeat of the university’s outreach and engagement efforts. General Supplies and Services Department
This department was established concurrently with the establishment of the University, as it furnished the University and its labs with all the necessary educational equipment and tools.

Medical Services Department
The Medical Services Department came into existence as an independent department in 1992 after being a small part in The Department of Supplies and Services. Since then, the well-being of the students of the University has been its main concern, as it supervises their health insurance system, and caters to their immediate health needs through an on-Campus clinic and lab, a dental clinic and a pharmacy that dispenses free medications.
