Scientific Evening at Al-Ahliyya Amman University Highlights Clinical Updates in Restorative Dentistry

The Faculty of Dentistry at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, in collaboration with the Jordanian Dental Association, organized a scientific evening titled “Clinical Updates in Restorative Dentistry.” The event was held in the presence of Professor Dr. Ahmad Hamdan, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry. Professor Hamdan opened the evening with a welcoming address, emphasizing the faculty’s commitment to becoming a leader in continuing dental education both locally and regionally. He highlighted the alignment of this vision with the overall mission of the faculty and the university. The evening was attended by a large gathering of dentists from both the public and private sectors. The program featured three lectures delivered by Dr. Salah Reyal, Dr. Maher Abdel Jawad, and Dr. Hakam Mousa. Topics included the latest advancements in digital prosthodontics, porcelain veneer techniques, and laser fillings. These innovations play a significant role in enhancing the quality of dental care and improving patient health outcomes.
