Department of Architecture at Al-Ahliyya Amman University participates in British Council workshop connecting researchers in UK and Jordan
The Department of Architecture at Al-Ahliyya Amman University participated in the British Council’s workshop connecting researchers in Jordan and the UK entitled: “Liveable Passive Intelligent City,” organized by the University of Brighton (UOB) in the United Kingdom in cooperation with Petra University in Jordan. The workshop is funded by Newton Khalidi and the British Council and lasted for four days (14-17/11/2021) at Petra University, Jordan.As a member of the Jordanian team, Dr. Seba Nseirat participated in preparing and presenting the second session: “From Partial to Total Level. She also participated in supporting the activities of other sessions. Dr. Yara Ayad also participated in this workshop as a representative of the Department of Architecture engineering at Al-Ahliyya Amman University.The session sought to gather research expertise from various educational institutions from many countries with the aim of providing a research platform to help professional researchers in the UK and Jordan collaborate and research energy-related challenges within the urban context.
