Visit to the Humane Care Home in Fuhais

As part of the vision and objectives of the Women's Health Center/Faculty of Nursing and in collaboration with the Hearing and Speech Center/Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences, a visit to the Humane Care Home in Fuhais was conducted on Thursday, June 6, 2024. The visit included general examinations as well as hearing, speech, and swallowing tests to assess the health conditions of the patients and provide appropriate treatment solutions. Coordination with medical authorities was established to regularly follow up on patients to address issues related to hearing, speech, and swallowing under the supervision of Dr. Fadi Al-Swaiti, Head of the Hearing and Speech Department, in cooperation with nursing students at the center. The Faculty of Nursing and the Women's Health Center are committed to continuing and sustaining health promotion initiatives and community empowerment activities to achieve strategic goals and play an active role in community service.
