Using Modern Technology Tools and Software in Education

Within the series of extracurricular activities sponsored by the Faculty of Engineering , and in efforts to promote higher education and the use of modern technology , Electronics and Communications Engineering Department organized on Sunday, 09/12/2012, a lecture entitled “Using Modern Technology Tools and Software in Education” for faculty members, in the presence of Dr. Wael Awad, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. The lecture reviewed the available technological tools that may be used to increase the effectiveness of education and make lectures more useful and fun. The lecture included a live show of a large number of available tools (Whiteboard, digitizer, interactive multimedia inserts, lecture recording software, Learning Management System, Multisim, Matlab). The lecturer, Eng. Bashar Nazeeh, and the audience engaged in open discussion.
