Dr. Imran Hassan, the department head, and Dr. Hanan Al-Sheikh, a faculty member, served as judges. This initiative highlights the university's commitment to local community interaction and academic collaboration. • Workshop on Arabic Calligraphy: Alongside the competition, the department organized a workshop titled "The Aesthetics of Arabic Calligraphy and the Creative Process in Design" for art teachers from the First University Schools. The event aimed to enrich participants’ academic experiences and promote sustainable educational practices. • Participation in "Brush and Cause (2)" Exhibition: Dr. Imran Hassan represented the university at this exhibition hosted by the Ma’arif Jerusalem Heritage and Culture Association at the Royal Cultural Center in Amman (November 20-21, 2024).
