The Faculty of Pharmacy at AAU Organizes a Medical Day at Ain Al-Basha Charity Association

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, in collaboration with Hikaya Pharmacies, organized a medical day at Ain Al-Basha Charity Association. Dr. Al-Harith Al-Saad delivered a valuable lecture on vaccines and their importance, as well as an explanation on managing the use of chronic medications during the holy month of Ramadan. Faculty members, including Dr. Sinaa Matalqa, Dr. Randa Atwan, Dr. Islam Freihat, and pharmacist Qabas Mansour, along with students, provided pharmaceutical consultations related to chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. They also discussed ways to manage these conditions through medication and a proper diet during Ramadan. Community members were offered free blood pressure and diabetes screenings, emphasizing the importance of regular check-ups to prevent complications, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
