The AAU School of Business Receives Ten Scholarships for the Certified Management Accountant Certification (CMA)

The AAU Accounting Department of the School of Business received ten scholarships for obtaining the Certificate of Certified Management Accountant. It is worth to mention that these scholarships are offered by the American Institute of Management Accountants (ima) in cooperation with Al-Joman for Training & Consulting (Sarh Center). The ten scholarships were granted to the first top students in the Accounting Department. The cost of each one was 1500 JD. This event took place in a ceremony held at the Rotana Hotel (Al-Abdali) where Mr. Rishi Malhurta, the representative of the Institute, handed the scholarships to the students. The event was attended by the Deputy Dean of the School of Business Dr. Mohammad Dabaghieh, who acted on behalf of Prof. Alaa Al-Hourani. This event was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty along with the Head of the Accounting Department, Dr. Riad Darwazeh and Dr. Fadi Asfour from the Accounting Department.
