The AAU’s School of Business Organizes a Lecture on “Variables Affecting Consumer’s Behavior”
The AAU’s School of Business organized a lecture on the role of studying and analyzing the variables affecting the Consumer’s behavior and their impact on decisions taken in the company. Mr. Emad Al-Safadi, the Marketing Manager of the Middle East Insurance Company delivered the lecture in the presence of Dr. Michel Sweidan, the Dean of the School of Business. Al-Safadi, began talking about the nature of the Company and its various services. Then he dealt with the studies and analysis of all variables related to Jordanian customer’s behavior that the Company conducts and their role in taking a decision related to the purchase of insurance policy. He also explained the difficulties and obstacles of convincing the Jordanian customer to buy insurance policy and he clarified the persuasion strategies adopted by the company to motivate customers to buy the insurance service.
