The AAU Department of Film, Television &Theater Design Participates in the Tunisian Ibn Rachik International Theater Festival

Dr. Firas Al- Rimoni, a faculty member in the AAU Department of Film, Television and Theatre Design of the Faculty of Architecture & Design, participated in the Ibn Rachik International Theater Festival in Tunis. Dr. Firas who was accompanied by AAU students of the department and a group of professional artists, participated in this festival by performing a play titled White Crow. This play which was directed by Dr. Firas Al-Rimoni, won the admiration of the audience, critics and artists. At the end of the festival, the Tunisian Ministry of Culture honored the director of the play.It is worth mentioning that this participation came in line with the orientations of the University represented by its President, Prof. Sari Hamdan. It is also based on the aspirations of the AAU Faculty of Architecture & Design which are related to the AAU openness and constant communication with relevant institutions as well as its ongoing support for partnerships at the local, regional and global levels. Through this participation, the University and the Department aspire to exchange experience which brings scientific benefit to students.
