“Serums and Vaccines” Lecture at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

HE Dr. Ali Muhaidat, head of Serums and Vaccines Division at the Ministry of Health, delivered a lecture on “Serums and Vaccines” in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University. In his lecture, Dr. Muhaidat addressed types of vaccines, the factors affecting the stability of vaccines and its requirements, the importance of monitoring the cooling chain, the requirements of vaccine transport, in addition to the terms and conditions of insulated shipping boxes, the required labeling and packaging, and shipping information. The lecture aims to raise health awareness and refine the professional character of pharmacy students. The lecture was attended by a group of faculty members and students in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences.
