“Sales Tax Applications” Lecture at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Tax Affairs Adviser, Mr. Mahfouz Mashaleh, delivered a lecture titled “Sales Tax Applications” in the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University. The lecture included a presentation of the most important definitions set out in the Sales Tax Law, tax rates, registration dates for all sectors, and dates of filing tax declarations. The lecturer clarified tax collection mechanism, how records are organized, as well as the importance of re-consideration of declarations, penalties imposed on violations and payment deferment terms. The lecture was attended by faculty members and administrative staff in the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences.
