Pharmacy Alumni Follow-up Committee Explores Partnership with ACDIMA

Under the guidance of Professor Wesam Ammari, the Faculty of Pharmacy’s Alumni Follow-up Committee visited The Arab Company for Drug Industries and Medical Appliances (ACDIMA). The university delegation met with Dr. Rabab Tayim, the Executive Director of ACDIMA Center for Pharmaceutical Studies and Biopharmaceutics, expressing gratitude to the company and receiving a commemorative shield on behalf of the faculty and the university. This gesture acknowledged ACDIMA's pivotal role in hosting the faculty's students and graduates in its training programs and employing the faculty's graduates. Discussions throughout the visit revolved around various topics related to the field of work and the ongoing development of graduates' skills, aligning with the evolving needs of both local and regional markets. The delegation also had the opportunity to meet with a cohort of pharmacy alumni currently employed by the company. Moreover, discussions explored strategies to enhance future collaboration between the university's Faculty of Pharmacy and the pharmaceutical and drug industries.
