Our School of Business holds an introductory lecture on the Bachelor’s program in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts

The School of Business at Al-Ahliyya Amman University held an introductory lecture for all faculty members in regards to the Bachelor program of Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts on Tuesday 11/10/2022. Prof. Fayez Haddad, Dean of the Business School, welcomed the members and gave a brief about the specialization. While Mr. Amin Al-Ardah presented a detailed explanation on this BA program in addition to its objectives, expected outputs, study plan and course description as well as the building’s design in regards to the operational kitchens and total credit hours of the course and fields of recruitment. Hence, he referred to the role of tourism in stimulating economic growth, in addition to its positive impact and contribution and interdependence with other sectors.
