Times Higher Education (THE) has announced the results of its World University Rankings by Subject 2026, which assess universities worldwide based on key performance indicators including teaching, research quality, research environment, international outlook, and industry engagement. Amman Ahliyya University achieved outstanding results across a range of disciplines, reinforcing its position as one of Jordan's leading universities while strengthening its regional and global standing. The University ranked first in Jordan in the following subject areas: • Computer Science (ranked in the 301–400 global band) • Education (ranked in the 176–200 global band) • Engineering (ranked in the 301–400 global band) • Physical Sciences (ranked in the 301–400 global band) • Arts and Humanities (ranked in the 501–600 global band) In addition, Amman Ahliyya University ranked first among Jordan's private universities in: • Business and Economics (ranked in the 301–400 global band) • Medicine and Health (ranked in the 501–600 global band) These achievements underscore the University's sustained commitment to academic excellence, high-quality teaching, impactful research, and innovation.
