"Meeting with Employers at the College of Arts and Sciences"

The College of Arts and Sciences at Amman Al Ahliya University held a dialogue meeting with a group of employers and experts in the fields of clinical psychology, English language, and translation. The meeting aimed to adjust the curricula in these specialties. This initiative aligned with the accreditation agency's recommendation to strengthen the connection and alignment between educational outcomes and the needs of the job market. The participants in the meeting, facilitated by Dr. Hanan Ibrahim, the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, discussed the importance of integrating theoretical and practical aspects in the courses outlined in the academic plans. They recommended the introduction of courses that focus on skill development to provide graduates with diverse job opportunities. The participants expressed their satisfaction with the performance of the college's students, especially in field training courses.
