Lecture on New Directions for the Pharmaceutical Industry

Within Al-Ahliyya Amman University policy related to the need to communicate with people of experience and competence in various fields, the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences hosted Dr. Hassan Mu’ti who delivered a lecture entitled “New Directions for Pharmaceutical Industry”. Dr. Hassan Mu’ti tackled the history and development of the pharmaceutical industry, drug regulation laws, drug registration, and the future of the pharmaceutical industry in Jordan. He pointed out that drugs manufactured in Jordan reach more than sixty countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, America, and Canada, in addition to non-traditional markets. Dr. Hassan Mu’ti has many achievements in the pharmaceutical industry. He worked a long time in research and development fields for pharmaceutical companies in Jordan. At the end of the lecture, the guest replied to inquiries and observations about modern global trends in the pharmaceutical industry .
