Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism at Al-Ahliyya Amman University Participates in Horeca Jordan 2025

In line with its commitment to develop students’ skills and encourage their engagement in specialized events, the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism at AAU participated in Horeca Jordan 2025. The Faculty was represented by student Fahd Al-Malik in the Junior Chef – Black Box competition, where he showcased outstanding creative culinary skills and won the bronze medal amid strong competition with participants from various colleges and five-star hotels. Additionally, student Hanna Mashrabesh took part in the Barista competition, demonstrating excellent coffee-making and hospitality skills, earning a certificate of appreciation for her performance and active participation. Horeca Jordan is one of the leading annual exhibitions in the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, and food industries, bringing together top local and international companies to display the latest innovations and services. The event also features competitions and workshops aimed at developing the skills of professionals and enthusiasts in the sector. The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, the Jordan Tourism Board, and the Jordan Hotel and Restaurant Associations officially support the exhibition.
