Faculty of Arts and Sciences Hosts Lecture on Community Security at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

The Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University hosted a distinguished lecture at the Mahmoud Darwish Auditorium, delivered by Dr. Khaled Al-Shiyab from the Department of Allied Sciences, on “Community Security” and its evolving dimensions amid contemporary challenges. During the lecture, Dr. Al-Shiyab emphasized the importance of strengthening public awareness and highlighted the shared responsibility of individuals and institutions in promoting a holistic concept of security. He explained that community security goes beyond conventional safety measures, encompassing broader social, cultural, and intellectual aspects.
