Faculty of Agricultural Technology and Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Participate in the "Future of Smart Food" Conference

As part of its commitment to enhancing innovation in agricultural technology, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, alongside the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism, participated in the "Future of Smart Food" conference held at the Royal Hotel on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. This conference served as a platform to bring together experts and stakeholders to discuss the latest developments and challenges in smart food, and to showcase innovative solutions that contribute to improving food production and meeting the growing market demands. Through its participation, the faculty highlighted the importance of integrating modern technology into agricultural processes to ensure sustainability and enhance food security. The conference featured various discussion sessions and workshops covering a range of topics, from smart agriculture techniques to innovations in the food industry. The conference also showcased the faculty's hydroponic greenhouse products and key tissue culture crops, underscoring its role in applying modern technology to improve the quality and productivity of agricultural crops. This participation is part of the faculty's ongoing efforts to reinforce its role as a leading entity in agricultural education and research, and to reaffirm its commitment to advancing the agricultural sector in line with global developments in the field.
