Embarking on Excellence: Culinary Arts and Hospitality Welcomes New Students with Mövenpick Partnership

The Faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality, in collaboration with Mövenpick Hotel Amman, hosted an orientation day for new students. The event, attended by Dean Professor Fayez Haddad and faculty members, offered a warm welcome to the newcomers. Executive Director Mr. Amin Al-Arda introduced students to the faculty's offerings, emphasizing that entering the hospitality and culinary arts world marks the start of a unique journey in learning essential skills for excellence in the professional hospitality realm. Professor Fayez Haddad provided crucial information and guidelines for university and faculty life in his welcoming speech, wishing students success in their academic journey. The orientation day included a field trip to Mövenpick Hotel Amman, featuring a warm welcome by General Manager Mr. Ayman Rashid and insights into the hospitality sector, concluding with a tour of the hotel's departments. This marks the third batch of students in the Faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality, established in 2023, as part of our university's modernization and development plans, aligning with contemporary trends in the job market.
