Dr. Walhan Al-Shaer Delivers Keynote Lecture at the Pharmacy Education, Science, and Practice Conference 2025

Dr. Walhan Al-Shaer, Director of the Center for Pharmaceutical and Diagnostic Research at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, recently delivered an advanced scientific keynote lecture titled “Aptamer-Guided Nanodrugs for Targeted Cancer Therapy” at the Pharmacy Education, Science, and Practice Conference 2025, held in Doha, Qatar. Representing the university, Dr. Al-Shaer joined a distinguished gathering of professionals, researchers, and experts from around the world to explore the latest innovations in pharmacy education, pharmaceutical sciences, and clinical practice. His lecture highlighted the promising potential of aptamer-guided nanodrugs as an innovative strategy in cancer treatment, emphasizing their ability to precisely deliver therapeutic agents to tumor sites—thereby enhancing treatment efficacy while minimizing side effects.
