Discussing the first graduation project for the first female graduate from the Bachelor of Cosmetology program

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Tanani, Dean of the Faculty of Supportive Medical Sciences, the discussion of the first graduation project in the Department of Cosmetic Sciences was held on Wednesday 18 Jan 2023, for the student Dalia Mahmoud Awwad under the supervision of Dr. Safwan Al-Adwan, where the title of the project was: Clinical Psychosocial Effects of Acne on Jordanians aged between 14-34 Years Old. The discussion committee included the Head of the Department of Cosmetic Sciences, Dr. Khaled Al-Qaisi, and faculty members, Dr. Maha Abu Hijleh and Dr. Zainab Zakaria. The student presented an introduction to her research project and its results, which included the effectiveness of different dermatological treatment methods for chronic acne and the extent to which patients are satisfied with the results of these treatments. It is worth mentioning that Dalia Mahmoud Awwad is expected to graduate by the end of this first semester to be the first graduate to hold a bachelor's degree in cosmetology at Al-Ahliyya Amman University and in Jordan.
