Department of Interior Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design organizes a field visit to Luminus Technical University College - Department of Creative Media (SAE)

The Department of Interior Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design - Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized a scientific field visit to Luminus Technical University College - Department of Creative Media (SAE), on Wednesday, 21 Dec 2022 as part of Technical Equipment for Buildings course, and Lighting and Acoustics in Interior Design course, with the aim of observing the latest developments, equipment of special facilities, modern methods in the use of acoustic insulation materials, and details of laboratory equipment and halls from the structural and practical aspects. Mr. Muhannad El-Desouky, Academic Director of the Department of Creative Media (SAE), introduced the special facilities included in the university, including studios, processing halls and audio laboratories, then conducted a tour for students inside the laboratories and facilities of the Creative Media Department, and explained the requirements of the special facilities which include technical and construction equipment, lighting and audio systems in order to enrich the technical information related to the implementation of interior designs and urge students to apply these ideas in their design projects. This hosting falls within the framework of the university's openness to local and regional institutions and the exchange of experiences in a way that enriches students' knowledge and develops their creative skills in light of the rapid transformations in the labor market.
