Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Al-Ahliyya Amman University meets faculty members.

On the beginning of the new academic year 2021/2022, Prof. Abd Al-Salam Al-Shboul, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design met on Wednesday 6/10/2021 with faculty members in the presence of deputies and heads of departments.The meeting began by praising the efforts made in the previous academic year. The dean also welcomed the new faculty members to join the faculty, and pointed out the importance of understanding the instructions and policies applied at the university. He also stressed the importance of the faculty member’s commitment to his teaching, administrative, research and community service duties. Noting the importance of presenting the faculty member as a role model.The dean also stressed the importance of developing the study plan in line with the requirements of the labor market, as well as improving methods of teaching and learning. He focused on the importance of scientific research as a basic pillar in the university that must be upgraded, leading to the progression of faculty members and the educational process. He also pointed out the importance of holding workshops concerned with developing scientific research and publishing in international refereed journals in order to achieve the faculty’s vision and mission, and to achieve local and international accreditation standards, to become a pioneering faculty that supports creativity and innovation.At the end of the meeting, the dean expressed his pride in this distinguished constellation of faculty members, listened to observations and suggestions, and answered questions from faculty members.
