An Orientation Day for the students of the Allied Medical Sciences Faculty

Under the guidance of Prof. Mohammad Al-Tanani, Dean of the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, the Faculty’s Academic Advising Committee organized the orientation meeting for the new students on Tuesday 15/11/2022 at Nizar Al-Qabbani Auditorium. Prof. Mohammad Al-Tanani started the meeting with a welcome speech in which he discussed many aspects of the Faculty; its distinguished academics, the latest adopted methods of teaching and clinical training. Prof. Al-Tanani emphasized the importance of scientific research, motivated the students to study and achieve high grades and mentioned success stories of the alumni.Dr. Talal Al-Qaisi, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs gave an orientation speech in which he discussed in details the four departments of the faculty and gave a presentation on how to find the information related to the academic instructions for students, as well as the instructions for attendance, grades and averages. The Deputy Dean for Accreditation and Quality Affairs, Dr. Khaled Al-Qaisi, addressed the vision, mission, and core values of the university as a whole and the faculty in specific.In conclusion, Prof. Mohammad Al-Tanani honored the outstanding students from all departments and thanked those in charge of organizing this meeting. It is worth noting that many dedicated students from the faculty also has participated in organizing this welcome meeting.
