Al-Ahliyya Amman University receives Jordanian accomplished actor Juliet Awwad

Professor Abdulsalam Al-Shboul, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design/ Al-Ahliyya Amman University, received the Jordanian accomplished actor, Juliet Awwad, on Tuesday, February15, 2022. During the meeting, which was attended by Dr. Kareem Fadhil, Head of the Department of Cinema, TV, and Theatre Design, the two parties discussed ways of cooperation between the faculty and distinguished Jordanian actors. Such cooperation aims to enable students to benefit from those actors’ artistic experiences and expertise. The Dean reviewed the reality of the cinema and TV drama industry in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and means of promoting its development for the purpose of enabling this industry to compete with its counterparts in the Arab world. Awwad’s visit to the University is in line with the faculty policy of opening up to the labor market and enhancing connections with distinguished Jordanian actors for the purpose of serving the educational process in the Department of Cinema, TV, and Theatre Design.
