Al-Ahliyya Amman University Participates in the Work of the Second Jordanian-Palestinian Conference on Optics

Al-Ahliyya Amman University participated in the work of the Second Jordanian-Palestinian Conference on Optics under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Abdullah Al-Nsour, the Prime Minister, at the Meridian Hotel, as a part of the University pursuit to keep up with the scientific developments in the field of optics and to achieve high-quality outputs suitable for the labor market, being the first private university that teaches this specialty.The conference has discussed the latest specialized scientific papers in the field of optics to enhance the profession status and improve the process of training for its members. Dr. Yazan Qamwah, Head of Optics Department, discussed during his lecture, the optical stress resulting from the use of electronic devices including the reasons and methods of diagnosis and visual means available to prevent eyestrain.
