AAU Speech and Hearing Center Students Visit the Salt Kindergarten Academy

The Speech and Hearing Center students, Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences at Al-Ahliyyah Amman University (AAU) have conducted a language disorder survey at the Salt Kindergarten Academy. The Center believes in the importance of early detection of cases of such disorders. They identified some cases that needed to be followed up by training the children to pronounce the sounds correctly as well as educating parents and teachers on how to manage these and similar cases by dealing with each child according to his/ her needs.This visit comes as an implementation of an AAU policy, adopted since its establishment, of making continuous interaction with the local community a priority, in this case by providing help and services in neighboring governorate of Balqa.
