AAU’s Agricultural Technology Department Participates in the International Graduate Program at the University of Jaén, Spain

Dr. Murad Al-Maaytah, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology for Accreditation and Quality Affairs, and faculty member, participated as a lecturer in the International Graduate Program in Olive Oil Production Technology, organized annually by the International Olive Council in collaboration with the University of Jaén in Spain, for a duration of one week. This program is the only one of its kind globally, organized by the International Olive Council, contributing to the development of the agricultural production chain in the olive cultivation and olive oil production sector, while supplying global markets with experts in this field. This international participation is part of the strategic plans being implemented by the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, underscoring the global scientific significance provided by the faculty at AAU, contributing to international scientific responsibility. It is worth noting that Dr. Al-Maaytah is an international expert on the regulations of the International Olive Council in the field of Olive Oil Production Technology. He has numerous global scientific contributions and publications, as well as research papers in the field of biotechnology.
