A Workshop Titled “Implantation Solutions for Hearing Impairment”

The Department of Hearing and Speech in the AAU, in cooperation with the International Company “Cochlea” held a workshop titled “Implantation Solutions for Hearing Impairment” on Tuesday, 18/4/2017.The workshop began with theoretical lectures on cochlear implantation and implanted hearing aids and shed the light on some cases. In the workshop the hearing aids and the latest updates that have been made on them were presented in addition to discussing the audio and language rehabilitation after implanting them to children. This was done through the workshops that took place in the AAU Center for Hearing and Speech.
