A practical lecture for students of the Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts program

Al-Ahliyya Amman University, in cooperation with Albina and Hanna International Coffee Company, held a training course on the skills of preparing coffee and tea of all kinds on Monday, 9 Jan 2023, for students of the Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Program. The training course included introducing the preparation procedures until the final result is delivered to the consumer (from farm to consumer) and how to provide the service as requested by the client. The course was presented by Mr. Jawad Melhem and Mr. Abdulaziz Badwan, in the presence of Mr. Amin Arda, Director of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, who stressed on the need for students to realize their responsibility towards their community, calling on students to seize the training and guidance opportunities provided by the university throughout the academic year, participate in courses and acquire leadership skills that would enable them to enter the labor market and achieve their potential. At the end of the course, the students prepared a variety of coffees to practice and apply the skills they learnt.
