Short Video Rules and Regulations
- The short video duration must not exceed two minutes, 120 seconds, and must not be less than 40 seconds.
- The final display version must be submitted in Full HD 1080 resolution and saved in MP4 format.
- Any editing technique may be used.
- Any submission that exceeds the allowed duration, contains technical problems in audio or video, includes offensive material, violates customs, or is unrelated to the competition will be excluded.
- Visual and sound effects may be used.
Note: If the work is selected, the design file will be requested from the participant.
