Yawm Jadeed Show Hosts Students of Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Yawm Jadeed Show featured on the Jordanian TV hosted a group of Al-Ahliyya Amman University students, who are renowned for their volunteer work. The interview aimed to highlight the University participation in Farah Waves Competition launched by Injaz Al-Arab Group in Dubai with Coca-Cola Company, in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs/ Career Qualification Office of King Abdullah Fund at the University. The students highlighted the University direction to activate the youth role in volunteer work and raise awareness among students on the importance of participation in extracurricular activities, which hones the students personality. The students also demonstrated the idea of the project “My Environment My Address” which took part in Farah Waves Competition and qualified them to the second stage. The project aims to set up an environment-friendly street to promote awareness of the residents of the area on the importance of conserving energy and natural resources. During the interview, video and photos were showcased explaining the nature of the students work and the start of the second stage, which will be a competition for the best environment-friendly company. Students Razan Zubi of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Raed Touba, and Mohammad Qasim of the Faculty of Computer Science, and Ahmad al-Khatib of the Faculty of Interior Design represented Al-Ahliyya Amman University in this interview.
