Workshop on robot programming at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

The Faculty of Information Technology at Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized a workshop entitled: Programming robot using Arduino software, presented by Dr. Hassan Tarawneh from the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, on Thursday, 6 January 2022. The Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Omar Al-Odwan and faculty members, attended the workshop which addressed ways of dealing with sensors and programming robots using Arduino software. Arduino is used in most electronic projects, starting from robots to all interactive projects. The Arduino is connected to sensors which communicate with the physical world and then the readings of these sensors are converted into data that the software analyzes based on the codes on which it is programmed. Then, the software makes decisions, such as running engines, turning on lighting, or an audio source.
