The President of the University Meets the Faculty Members of the Faculty of Architecture and Design

Prof. Sadeq Hamed, the President of the AAU, met the faculty members of the Faculty of Architecture and Design on Monday, 17/4/2017 in Al-Horani Center.He commented on many important and substantial points related to the educational process in the University and in the Faculty of Architecture and Design in particular. He praised the efforts of the Dean of the Faculty Dr. Rana Al-Matarneh and the academic and administrative staffs commending them on their excellent and exceptional performance and the distinguished achievements which the faculty realized in the last two years especially its success in holding the scientific conference in its ninth session at the AAU which was organized by the Arab Architecture Association in cooperation with the London University. The president blessed this achievement and whished the conference proceedings success. He encouraged the members of the academic staff to participate effectively and to present their scientific research papers.Dr. Rana Al-Matarneh, the Dean of the Faculty, confirmed what was mentioned in the speech of the President of the AAU and expressed her pleasure for the great support that the University provides to the Faculty in all areas, specifically with regards to achieving success in the conference. Dr. Al-Matarneh presented a detailed presentation on the themes of the conference, the preparatory committee which included an elite group of specialized professors and talked about the most prominent participating parties. The presentation also included the preparations that have been done for the conference. Moreover, she praised the efforts of the members of the academic and administrative staffs in the Faculty and the procedures they applied in holding the conference in the AAU.
