The President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University receives the Iraqi cultural advisor

Prof. Sari Hamdan, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, received in his office yesterday, Wednesday, May 26, 2021, Prof. Dr. Waseem Al-Tamimi, the Iraqi cultural advisor, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Tanani, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Dean of the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences.The President of the University thanked his Excellency, the cultural counsellor, for his communication with the university and his keenness to serve the Iraqi students, stressing that the Iraqi students are the sons of the university and that the university is very keen on all international students.Prof. Al-Tamimi noted the conditions of Iraqi students studying at the university at the level of bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and the extent of their commitment to remote study as well as the difficulties they faced during the Corona virus crisis, and the plans proposed by the university to manage the crisis and follow up on students since its inception. The visit schedule included a meeting with faculty members from the Iraqi community at the university and a group of Iraqi students.At the end of the meeting, Prof. Sari Hamdan and Prof. Waseem Al-Tamimi exchanged commemorative plaques.
