The new studio thought on Al-Ahliyya Amman University Theater
The Career Qualification Office of King Abdullah II Fund, Deanship of Student Affairs of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, in collaboration with Joud Scientific Care Institution, applied the idea of the New Studio Thought in Nizar Qabbani Theater. This idea aims to stimulate the creative youth energy. A set of entrepreneurial voluntary initiatives undertaken by the University students and members of the local community were featured. The most prominent initiative is (We will handle your transaction) initiative. In this initiative, a group of the University students visits a certain institution or hospital and facilitates the transactions of the customers, especially the elderly. A range of success stories of a number of distinguished persons in various fields were presented, most notably the success story of Mr. Malik Kabbajeh, Executive Director of Al-Ahli Bank and a graduate of Al-Ahliyya Amman University. Other initiatives were explored which encourage young people to volunteer, challenge failure and engage in community service.At the end of the event, the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Mufid Hawashin, presented a trophy to Mr. Arafat Awad on behalf of Joud Scientific Care Institution.
