The Faculty of Pharmacy Welcomes New Students for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

On Thursday, October 24, 2024, Dr. Arwa Al-Khatib, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at AAU, met with both new and returning students to celebrate the start of the 2024-2025 academic year. This welcoming event was attended by all students, where Dr. Al-Khatib opened the meeting with a warm welcome, expressing her joy at seeing the students and wishing them a year filled with success and excellence. A comprehensive presentation was given on the requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, emphasizing the applicable rules and regulations, as well as outlining the rights and responsibilities of the students. Various aspects of university life were discussed, showcasing the facilities available to students, such as student clubs, cultural and social activities, and sports facilities like the arena. The role of the business incubator in supporting student creativity was also highlighted. The meeting included important discussions regarding students’ academic and professional paths, with a focus on the significance of field training in preparing students for the workforce after graduation.
