The Faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality in Al-Ahliyya Amman receives a delegation from the Accor International Academy

In its constant attempt to develop and raise the level of hotel and tourism education and training by providing the best laboratories and training workshops and providing a training environment that competes with five-star hotels and to provide training and employment opportunities for faculty students, Mr. Amin Al-Ardah at the Faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality received Ms. Kay Goodman, Director of Accor Academy for Talent Development for the Pacific, and Ms. Ina Lorens, Director of Training and Development at Accor Academy India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey Region and Mr. Ayman Rashid, General Manager of Movenpick Hotel Amman and a member of the Board of Directors of the Jordan Hotel Association, to discuss ways of cooperation in training faculty students by providing practical training opportunities in Accor hotels inside and outside Jordan, hosting a group of international chefs to give lectures on culinary arts, holding joint training courses, and providing field training and employment opportunities for graduates. The guest delegation expressed their admiration for the kitchens, restaurants, hotel rooms, reception laboratory, equipment and tools, in addition to the ambitious training plan that suits the needs of the private sector at the local and regional levels. The Accor Hotels Group, which is one of the leading companies in the field of tourism and luxury accommodation, includes 4,500 hotels, resorts and residences, as well as about 10,000 luxury homes around the world.
