The Faculty of Architecture and Design Participates in a Workshop Entitled "Women in the Energy Sector"

Dr. Saba Nusirat, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design, participated in a workshop titled "Women in the Energy Sector", organized by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in collaboration with EDAMA Association for Energy, Water, and Environment, under the Jordanian-German Energy Partnership. The workshop was held on Monday, November 25, 2024, in Amman. The event aimed to present the results of an evaluation conducted on the status of women in the energy sector, highlighting opportunities to empower them and enhance their participation in various fields within this sector. It also focused on exchanging ideas and experiences, developing practical recommendations to support women's empowerment, and expanding their professional and leadership presence. Dr. Nusirat actively contributed to the discussions and research sessions, offering strategic insights to strengthen women's roles in the energy sector, with a particular focus on addressing the key challenges they face in this field.
