The Faculty of Architecture and Design organizes an introductory workshop on the third edition of the Hourani Award for Art and Design

Al-Hourani Award Committee for Art and Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized an introductory workshop for Al-Ahliyya Amman University students about the third edition of Al-Hourani Award for Art and Design, on Tuesday, 14 March 2023 at Mahmoud Darwish Amphitheater. The workshop was attended by a number of students from Al-Ahliyya Amman University from several majors. The Chairman of Al-Hourani Award for Art and Design Committee, Dr. Hanan Al-Sheikh, presented an introduction to Al-Hourani Award for Art and Design - the third edition, entitled "Our humanity unites us", and its themes included: The Arts Axis which includes Drawing and Photography, the Design Axis includes: poster design, animated graphic design and short video. Dr. Faten Al-Jazzar, a member of Al-Hourani Art and Design Award Committee, presented the mechanism and conditions for participation in the award, in addition to the award's website. At the end of the workshop, an introductory guide was distributed to the students, and questions and inquiries were answered.
