The Faculty of Architecture and Design organizes a welcome meeting for its new students

The Faculty of Architecture and Design at Al-Ahliyya Amman University held a meeting with new students on Wednesday 22 March 2023, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Vice Deans, heads of departments, and members of the teaching and administrative staff in the faculty. The meeting was started with a speech by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Abdul Salam Al-Shboul, followed by a speech by the Vice Deans and heads of academic departments. The meeting aimed to introduce students to the regulations and instructions in force at the university, which they must abide by during their university studies, in addition to introducing the faculty's facilities and services provided by the university. The meeting included a presentation of study plans, academic guidance plans and areas of work for the various disciplines of the faculty, and the students were introduced to the various support mechanisms provided to them, such as artistic excellence grants, Al Hourani Award for Art and Design, in addition to supporting local, regional and international participations targeting faculty students to develop and support their creativity and innovation. The meeting was concluded by honoring the outstanding students in the faculty departments and honoring the students whose academic level has improved. The students showed remarkable interaction during the meeting, expressing their happiness to join the family of the Faculty of Architecture and Design at Al-Ahliyya Amman University.
