The Faculty of Architecture and Design Concludes a Specialized Training Course in Digital Content Creation
The Faculty of Architecture and Design, in coordination with the Career Guidance and Alumni Office at the Deanship of Student Affairs, concluded a specialized training course in "Digital Content Creation," which ran from December 16, 2024, to January 6, 2025, totaling 15 hours of intensive training. Dr. Hanan Al-Sheikh designed and delivered the course to students and alumni of AAU.
The course focused on enabling participants to develop their skills in line with the needs of local, regional, and global job markets, preparing them to keep pace with technological and knowledge advancements in the field of digital content creation.
Approximately 140 students and alumni from various disciplines at our AAU participated in the course. The training covered topics such as creative thinking methods, digital content types and systems, visual identity, and emotional engagement with the audience. It also included practical exercises to develop comprehensive content plans, aimed at enhancing participants' creative thinking and modern technology application skills in digital content.
The recorded sessions on Microsoft Teams attracted widespread interest, with nearly 700 views, reflecting the significant enthusiasm among students and alumni. This underscores the importance of such initiatives for their career development and reaffirms the university’s role in equipping students and graduates with the skills needed to excel in their professional paths.
