The Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences at Al-Ahliyya Amman University initiates a visit to the National Blood Bank

Under the supervision of Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, the Head of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, along with Dr. Jihad Al-Hamoud and Ms. Ghada Al-Aasi, a scientific visit to the National Blood Bank was organized on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, for fourth-year students registered for the Field Training and Blood Bank courses. A specialized team provided a detailed explanation of the procedures and equipment used in all sections of the National Blood Bank. This visit had a significant impact and benefit for all participating students, as it combined theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz presented the university's shield of honor to Dr. Asia Al- Adwan, the director of the National Blood Bank, in appreciation of her efforts in facilitating the visit.
