The educational play (We Are All With You) performed at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hamed, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, sponsored the performance of the comic play (We Are All With You), which aims to raise awareness of breast cancer. The play was performed by a group of Jordanian artists, in collaboration with the Jordanian Breast Cancer Program, supported by King Hussein Cancer Center. The play, within a comic educational framework, presented advice and guidance about the importance of early examination of this disease, raising awareness of the effects and risks of breast cancer, and methods of its prevention through early detection, which increases the chances of recovery. The play called for eliminating the fears and doubts that haunt the patients and the need to be armed with strength and faith to beat the disease and not listen to rumors and frustrating anecdotes. The performance was attended by a number of deans, directors of departments and centers and a large gathering of students. At the end of the performance, Prof. Hamed presented commemorative shields to Mrs. Nasrin Katamesh, Director of Jordan Breast Cancer Program, and to the leading actor of the play, artist Hussein Tbeishat (Am Ghafil).
