The Departments of Multimedia & Graphic Design and Interior Design Hold a Workshop on Photography and Cinematography for Models and Prototypes
The Multimedia & Graphic Design and Interior Design departments held a workshop on photography and cinematography for models and prototypes on Monday, November 25, 2024, in the photography lab. The workshop was tailored for students enrolled in the Model Making and Prototyping course, aligning with the course’s objective to develop students' skills in various cognitive and technical areas.
The workshop was collaboratively presented by Dr. Dana Amro, the course instructor for Model Making and Prototyping, and Dr. Hanan Al-Sheikh, the instructor for Photography and Cinematography. Key topics included:
• Types of lighting
• Guidelines for photographing models and prototypes
• Practical applications of camera movements in cinematography
The workshop aimed to help students professionally document their design projects, aligning with the standards of the competitive job market.
