The Department of Multimedia and Graphic Design presents a lecture for graduate students at the Polytechnic University in Palestine

Dr. Hanan Al-Sheikh from the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Design presented a lecture to the students of the Master of Multimedia at the Polytechnic University in Palestine, on Saturday, 6 May 2023. The lecture included several axes focused on clarifying the general framework of the specialization of multimedia design locally, the related international accreditations, the fields of knowledge, and the extent to which the specialization is related to the various disciplines and fields of knowledge in art and design, and the lecture also discussed the close relationship between philosophy in general and the philosophy of art in particular and contemporary thinking paths and focused on the dimensions of phenomenological philosophy and its impact on the development of concepts of human consciousness in addition to clarifying the techniques of philosophical practice, in order to help researchers and designers work within contemporary intellectual and practical directions. The lecture concluded with a panel discussion with the students during which questions from the audience were answered.
