The Department of Interior Design participates in Dubai Design Week

Dr. Dana Amr from the Department of Interior Design from the Architecture& Design Faculty at Al-Ahliyya Amman University participated in Dubai Design Week in the United Arab Emirates during the period 8-13/11/2022.Dr. Dana presented two pieces of furniture, where she designed in a contemporary way and was handcrafted and assembled between Jordan and the United Arab of Emirates. Dubai Design Week is the largest creative festival, reflecting Dubai’s position as the design capital of the Middle East. This exhibition is held annually, representing pieces in the field of architecture, product design, furniture and interior design, which brings together many of the works of designers in the world, during which the participating works are selected by an international jury during this week. This participation comes within the framework of the university's dedication in raising its name in international forums, exhibitions and competitions as in addition to enhancing the applied scientific research outcome of the academic members within the applied areas.
