The Department of Interior Design Hosts Arabesque Ceramic Arts Company and Crafts Makers Association

The Department of Interior Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, our AAU, hosted the Arabesque Ceramic Arts Company and the Crafts Makers Association to hold a workshop at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, supervised by Dr. Mazen Arabasi, a faculty member in the Interior Design Department. The students were introduced to the methods of shaping ceramics and painting them with decorative mosaics, as well as learning about the materials used and the stages of their production. A group of students had the opportunity to experience shaping ceramics and painting on pottery, gaining hands-on experience with the tools and techniques used.
